INDIANNA & NUMERY NATIVE TITLE RESEARCH
Native Title fieldwork conducted with Central Land Council staff in late 2022 with Eastern Arrernte claimants. More fieldwork and report writing in 2023.
RIRRATJINGU MAPPING - GOVE COMMERCIAL ARBITRATION
Site and estate mapping with Rirratjingu people to document their interests in the Yirrkala- Nhulunby region. Provision of expert anthropological reporting on behalf of the Rirratjingu Aboriginal Corporation for the Gove Commercial Arbitration.
COBOURG LAND CLAIM
Research and provision of expert anthropological reporting and testimony for the Cobourg Land Claim in north western Arnhem Land.
JAWOYN SICKNESS COUNTRY REVIEW - KAKADU NATIONAL PARK
Field trip with Jawoyn men through the Bulademo or Buladjang sickness country in southern Kakadu. Undertaken for Kakadu National Park, this trip mapped sacred sites and reviewed elements of the now 10 year old sickness country access protocols.
PERON ISLANDS LAND CLAIM
Land claim research and provision of expert anthropological reporting and expert tetsimony on behalf of Kiyuk claimants for land and waters in the inter-tidal zone near the Peron Islands.
GULKULA SACRED SITE CLEARANCE
Sacred site clearance with Yolngu custodians for projects in East Arnhem land inclusive of helicopter work in coastal and inland areas around Port Bradshaw. Undertaken on behalf of Northern Land Council for Aboriginal Areas Protection Authority clearances (Authority Certificates).
WAANYI-GARAWA CARBON FARMING
Initial round of consultations undertaken in April 2018 for establishing a carbon farming business on Waanyi-Garawa Aboriginal Land Trust in conjunction with NAILSMA (the North Australian Indigenous Land and Sea Management Alliance Ltd). Further consultations upcoming this year.
NLC LAND CLAIMS AND KAKADU DISPUTE MEDIATION
Working with the Northern Land Council on resolving outstanding land claims including across the Kakadu region and various 'beds and banks' claims. This has include a major dispute mediation process and the provision of expert anthropological advice and work with an independent mediator.
NT HYDRAULIC FRACTURING INQUIRY
Preparation of expert anthropological report as part of the Environment Defenders Office submission to the NT Government's inquiry into Hydraulic Fracturing ('Fracking')
PINE CREEK NATIVE TITLE CONNECTION REPORT

Native Title research, fieldwork and preparation of an expert connection report for the Pine Creek township, a small historic town in the Top End.
WEST ARNHEM MINERAL EXPLORATION
Land interest research, meetings, site surveys and reports for exploration proposals in western Arnhem land. Series of meetings conducted for NLC covering exploration licence applications with Rio Tinto Exploration and Alligator Energy.
SACRED SITE MAPPING AND MANAGEMENT, KAKADU NATIONAL PARK
This project was a consultancy undertaken via the Aboriginal Areas Protection Authority on behalf of Kakadu National Park. It surveyed the iconic Jim Jim – Twin Falls area with traditional owners to record and register sacred sites and provide sacred site management advice to the Park for tourism access, activities and potential infrastructure developments.
